How To Make Turkish Sujuk Kebabs

1 brown onion, grated, juice squeezed out
1kg beef mince, 80/20
3 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp ground cumin
1/2 tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground aleppo chilli flakes
