The Return of the Bison to Wanuskewin Heritage Park
Six Plains bison were successfully transferred from Grasslands National Park to Wanuskewin. Their arrival marks an historic moment in the history of Wanuskewin, a World Heritage Site hopeful, thanks to collaboration between Wanuskewin and Parks Canada.
