The Best Warm Up BEFORE RUNNING (Do These 6 movements To Run Better)
A proper warm up for running is not simply jogging.
If you want to avoid aches and pains and really make sure to prep your body for an amazing run, you want to address the postural distortions that can occur from our daily posture OR even from previous injury.
That’s why I wanted to share 6 moves for an amazing warm up to avoid those common running aches and pains.
These moves will activate your glutes and improve your ankle, hip and even spinal mobility!
