Chinese sausage 腊肠 2 pcs
Lotus leaf 荷叶 3 sheets

Glutinous rice ingredients 糯米配料
Cooking oil 食用油 60 ml
Shallots(minced) 小洋葱(切碎) 2 pcs
Salt 盐 2 tsp
C. stock powder 鸡精粉 3 tsp
Sugar 糖 5 tsp
Water 清水 140 ml

Chicken thigh ingredients 鸡腿肉配料
Ginger(minced) 姜末 25g
Shaoxing wine 绍兴酒 2 tbsp
Salt 盐 1/2 tsp
C. stock powder 1 tsp
Sugar 糖 1 1/2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 蚝油 1 tbsp
Corn starch 生粉 1 tbsp
Sesame oil (a little) 麻油 (少许)

Mushroom ingredients 香菇配料
Ginger(diced) 姜粒 15g
Cooking oil 食用油 10 ml
C. stock powder 鸡精粉 1/2 tsp
Water 清水 1 1/2 cup/ 300 ml
