Cucumber 黄瓜 1pc
Jicama 沙葛 150g
Bean sprout 绿豆芽 160g
Hard tofu 老豆腐 2pcs
Eggs 鸡蛋 2pcs
Yellow noodle 黄面 1 pack(450g)
Sauce ingredients 酱料成分
Sweet potato 白番薯 400g (peeled/ 去皮)
Tamarind paste 罗望子膏(亚叁羔) 2 tbsp/ 2汤匙
Palm sugar 椰糖 80g
Ground peanuts 烤花生碎 60g
Water 水 900g±
Chili 辣椒 2 pcs
Dried chili 干辣椒 2 pcs (optional/ 或免)
Onion 洋葱 1pc
Cooking oil 食用油 7 tbsp/ 7汤匙
Chili powder 辣椒粉 1½ tsp/ 1茶匙半
Soy sauce 生抽 3 tbsp/ 3汤匙
Dark sauce 黑酱油 adequate/ 适量
Salt & sugar 盐和糖 adequate/ 适量
Vegetable fritter ingredients 炸菜粿配料
Plain flour 普通面粉 80g
Rice flour 粘米粉 40g
Turmeric powder 姜黄粉 ⅓ tsp/ ⅓茶匙
Salt 盐 ½ tsp/ ½茶匙
Water 水 120g±
Baking powder 泡打粉 ½ tsp/ ½茶匙
Cooking oil 食用油 a little/ 少许
Bean sprout 绿豆芽 40g
Chives 韭菜 2 pcs/ 两根 (optional/ 或免)
Coconut fritter ingredients 炸椰丝粿配料
Plain flour 普通面粉 100g
Water 水 100g±
Baking soda 小苏打 1g
Salt 盐 ½ tsp/ ½茶匙
Cooking oil 食用油 a little/ 少许
Shredded coconut 椰丝 50g
