燒烤骨 BBQ Ribs

材料 Ingredients
金沙骨 1kg ribs
花生醬/麻醬 1茶匙 1 teaspoon of peanut butter / sesame sauce
酒 2茶匙 2 teaspoons of Mei Kuei Lu Chiew
糖 2茶匙 2 teaspoons of sugar
磨豉醬 1 湯匙 1 tablespoon of Ground Bean Sauce
海鮮醬 1½湯匙 1½ tablespoon of Hoisin Sauce

做法:Steps
1. 洗淨金沙骨,抹乾。
Wash the ribs and wipe dry .
2. 花生醬用油稀釋,先塗抹在金沙骨上。
Dilute the peanut butter with oil and apply it on the ribs first.
3. 將酒 2茶匙、糖 2茶匙、磨豉醬 1 湯匙及海鮮醬 1½湯匙加入金沙骨。醃過夜。
Add 2 teaspoons of wine, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of ground bean sauce and 1½
tablespoon of hoisin sacue to the ribs and marinate it overnight.
4. 焗爐200℃,對流模式 convection mode,先焗20分鐘,將金沙骨反轉再焗20分鐘,加蜜糖,再
焗5分鐘即成。
Put the marinated ribs in the oven at 200℃, in convection mode. Bake for 20 minutes first, turn
the ribs over and bake for another 20 minutes. Apply honey, and bake for 5 minutes. Then
serve.

溫馨提示:
1. 焗燒烤骨時間要視乎金沙骨上肉的厚度。
2. 玫瑰露酒是較佳選擇。
3. 單用叉燒醬味道較甜,貞媽食譜的燒烤骨味道較有層次。
4. 對花生醬及麻醬敏感者請勿用這食譜。
Tips:
1. The roasting time depends on the thickness of the meat on the bone.
2. Mei Kuei Lu Chiew is the better choice of wine.
3. Use Char Siu Sauce is sweeter. This recipe has more layers of taste.
4. Those who are allergic to peanut butter or sesame sauce should not use this recipe.
