Svirzh Castle from above · Ukraїner

Over its 500-year history, the medieval castle in the village of Svirzh lived through destruction and regeneration, at one point even being used as a school for Soviet tractor drivers. Today, the castle is taken care of by Ukraine’s National Union of Architects: the plan is to transform it into a contemporary cultural centre.
