wow i can't believe it's been 7 years since i've lost 60 pounds!! i thought to "celebrate" i would sit down and give an updated storytime video on how i lost the weight, how i've managed to keep the weight off all these years (minus my healthy 10-15lb weight gain from not restricting carbs anymore.. so i guess i've only lost 45lbs now :) lol), and answering some common questions that i always get asked (like do i restrict calories? why didn't i have saggy skin? how long did it take?)
