3 common mistakes in the glute bridge (or hip thrust) that might mean you can't feel your glutes

1. Feet too close together
2. Feet too far away from your bum
3. Over-arching the back

A couple of things you can try

1. Use a band around the knees
2. Hold it for a second at the top
