Cardio Workout | Chair Exercises for Seniors and Beginners | Day 7!

7 day beginner chair workout designed for seniors or beginners who want or need to exercise in a chair. The 7 day program combines cardio, strength training, and stretching to give a full body workout. Chair exercises can be a great way to get exercise while staying safe at home at the same time. Let me know how you do in the comment section below and please share with friends. In today's workout, we will mostly be doing cardio, with strengthening exercises mixed in, then stretching for a full 30 minute class. Hope you enjoy the program!
