Here's my arrangement of Metallica's Nothing Else Matters (Jungle Cruise Version, Pt. 1) from Disney's Jungle Cruise movie. When I first watched Jungle Cruise I thought it was quite cool they incorporated Nothing Else Matters into the movie. I was especially happy when I looked up the soundtrack that Metallica created and performed two different instrumental versions of their song for the movie and the soundtrack. The Pt. 1 version is at the beginning of the movie and is pretty short (about a minute and a half). The Pt. 2 version is much longer (about 4 and a half minutes) and is shown about 3/4's into the movie in the reveal of the full backstory of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's character. I completed a solo guitar arrangement of both versions but here's Pt. 1.

I like both Pt. 1 and Pt. 2 versions for different reasons. Pt. 1 is more classical and orchestra soundtrack sounding and it reminds me of something similar to the epic score of The Lord of the Rings. The classical guitar, orchestra sounds and souring female vocals near the end of the piece are just beautiful. Pt. 2 has a classical element but builds up to a hard rock section similar to something like the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Both versions are great in their own way.

For my solo guitar arrangement of Pt. 1 I kept as true as I could to the original version capturing as much of the voices and parts as I possibly could and being as authentic as I could to the original. There's a couple of technically challenging parts but all in all it's fairly easy and straightforward to play and just fit naturally on the guitar. I enjoyed playing it and i hope you enjoy hearing it and possibly playing it yourself if so inclined. Keep posted on when I post a video of Pt. 2 (and the tabs as well) coming soon in the next couple of months. I simply couldn't do one without the other.
