Many actors are curious about Method Work, but have never been exposed to it -- or don't know how to incorporate it into scene work. Here, after Lila Gavares & Hunter Lowdon work on a scene from THE FLICK, where Lila's character is required to dance in a provocative, all-out way, I explain the parameters of a specific method exercise called the "Private Moment" - the power of this exercise frees the actor from self-consciousness, & heightens the sense of being private in public.
