MUSCLE UP IN 5 MINUTES!! - BEST ABNORMAL TUTORIAL. This video shows 5 steps to master the bar muscle up. Before learning the muscle up you must be comfortable with regular pull ups and straight bar dips. These two movements make up the muscle and are essential to master. Aim for 10 consecutive pull ups and 15 consecutive dips. Once you’ve met those requirements you can now start practicing the technique of the muscle up. Resistance bands are another great way to learn most dynamic and static calisthenics movements. The rings offere a great alternative to practicing the muscle up. Its a lot easier on ring just make sure to check out my ring muscle up tutorial to perform the right technique.
