THE BEST MUSCLE UP TIP THAT MOST CALISTHENIC ATHLETES HIDE

What's up Taiji Fan! We are BACK AGAIN with another one. We gon' teach another BEAST Muscle up technique. This technique isn't really expressed and told enough in the calisthenic industry. So I've brought it up to myself to explain the greatest muscle up technique ever. Let's get it!
Getting straight in to it, it's not that most people don't tell you this. But some may be unaware of this technique. First reason being just the emphasis of getting from point A to point B. Second reason being this technique will help your muscle up form and explosiveness instantly and they are not telling you XD jk.
But in all seriousness, I like to call this the crocodile or T-Rex technique (cheesy yes I know) because it utilizes basically all main muscles needed in order to complete and perform the muscle up with ease.
The idea is to kind of pull everything close and tight together, but to still create just enough separation from you and the bar. I would say the best separation length is the length of your own hand to elbow being parallel to the bar. This is the ideal position and it naturally forces you to use the crocodile like pull ups. This crocodile form allows you to gather all the necessary strength to destroy the muscle up and it reassuringly drives all the explosive strength to finish it off.
Instead of the muscle up being more of a 3 step technique by doing a pull, turn and lean. This time with the crocodile technique, you'll be able to drive more force into a 1-2 step count when doing 1 rep without using too muscle energy and thus increasing your muscle up max. You could also say the muscle up looks better by doing this, but that may be personal factor. I personally love doing this because it creates so much more hidden strength that helps me complete my set with muscle ups.
It's also important to note that this tip works really well with the false grip as well, but works as whole with any beginner to advance form. That's generally it for this video.
