Former firefighter determined to help others
Eric Knapp wasn’t supposed to live. The day before his 33rd birthday he suffered a series of thirteen massive strokes which almost killed him. Eric was left debilitated and had to re-learn how to walk, talk and even swallow. For a professional firefighter, whose life revolved around fitness and training, it was life-altering. But Eric was determined to not let these strokes stop him from what he loves doing the best - helping those less fortunate than himself.
