Am I happy with my physique? No.

If you've ever felt similar to this, just know that you're not alone and it's actually very common in those who train for aesthetics. You start lifting, your physique improves, but as you progress further and further, the bar for what you consider to be an impressive physique just keeps moving along with it. Now ultimately it's just human nature to never be fully satisfied and to keep striving for improvement, there's nothing wrong with that, but just make sure to balance it out by keeping in mind where you started and actively giving yourself credit for the progress you're making along the way. It's really easy to get lost in the process and take it all for granted, I'm as guilty as anyone when comes to this, so it's something you really need to make a conscious effort to remember. And not only that, but also recognize that the simple fact that you train hard and consistently, your calories and food choices are under control, you're at a healthy body fat level and you carry enough muscle to where it's obvious that you work out, that already puts you ahead of 95% plus of the population as far as fitness is concerned. By all means push to be the very best you can be if that's your goal, but just keep the overall picture in mind too.
