A very easy, no fuss method for using and maintaining your sourdough starter.

This video is a handy summary of my easy method for maintaining my sourdough starter using the fridge. I have been using this method for 12 years now, and I love the freedom it gives me to make a loaf of sourdough bread whenever the mood takes me, without any pre-thought or preparation.
It's great for minimalist sourdough bakers and busy people who may want to start a loaf of sourdough bread when the time suits them, not their starter.
