Relating Two Metric Variables and One Binary Variable in a Scatterplot
I take a sample of Sep. 2010 Madison, WI apartment rent data and relate it to apartment size and apartment location - south and west side of the city - with a scatterplot of rent vs. size with points distinguished by location. I use Excel 2007 to make the graph.
