I jump roped everyday for over 2 weeks using this beginner friendly workout I found on Pinterest! I was only planning to jump rope for 1 week but I decided to keep going and now it’s been 17 days! I’ve noticed more definition in my abs, more stamina, and no more love handles! Make sure to screen shot the workout so you can join in. It was REALLY TOUGH at first but now I love it! And...after a week I was able to do the full 2 rounds!
