麻油鸡 (Sesame Oil Chicken)

A popular dish for women during their confinement (For women to recuperate after birth) Version 2.

Ingredients (For 2-3)
5 chicken wings, about 500g
300ml water
50g ginger, cut into strips
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp rice wine
5g rock sugar
1 tsp salt
spring onions (optional)

2汤匙米酒
5克冰糖
1茶匙盐
