How to make Sesame Oil Chicken 麻油鸡

Ingredients:
Chicken, duh,..
Sesame Oil 1 bottle
Rice Wine 2 bottles
Ginger

Pretty much speed run but
Pour 1/3 of bottle of sesame oil, place in ginger and wait until ginger is dried up
Takes about 5 Minutes
Afterwards add the chicken, amount depends on you. Wait until the bottom becomes yellow and start to mix.
When the chicken looks as if its mostly all cooked add in the two bottle of wine and place on high heat. Wait 20 minutes and BOOM done lol :)
