Stew Potatoes With Meat (马铃薯焖肉碎)

An easy stewed dish, combining softened potatoes and chewy minced pork in soy sauce.

Ingredients (For 2)
200 g potatoes
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp dark soy sauce
100 ml water
tapioca starch for thickening the sauce

100 g minced pork meat
dash of white pepper powder
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp tapioca starch
1/4 tsp sesame oil
