15 MIN. BOOTY + THIGHS - with weights / tone your thighs and build your booty | Mary Braun
You want weights? You’ll get weights.
This 15 Min. Booty + Thigh Workout is for everyone who loves to use a little weight instead of just body weight and mix it up sometimes.
If you don’t have a kettlebell or regular weight you can also do this workout without weight or you can fill a bag with heavy things like milk, rice or potatoes.
I personally love to train with weights cause your muscles will have to work more and weights are useful for building muscles.
I included different variations of exercises with a
10 Kg (22 lbs) Kettlebell that focus:
• on your GLUTE area (especially each butt cheek)
• your hamstrings (back area of your thighs)
• your inner & outer thighs
• your upper booty area (lifting effect)
You will repeat some exercises because that’s what makes your muscles grow, a repetition of the same exercises for more than one set, so give it a try and work on your mind-muscle connection before you start. You can always do my GLUTE ACTIVATION WORKOUTS before you start a normal booty / thigh workout to warm up your muscles.
Never forget, you have to feel good in your own body and you are perfect the way you like and love yourself, no matter what others say. Focus on yourself.
