10 Dumbbell Exercises for BIGGER SHOULDERS!

10 DUMBBELL exercises for bigger shoulders and traps. You can implement these exercises into your routine and complete them anywhere including your home.

You can mix and match 5 - 7 of these with a rest time of 1-2 minutes between each set. Aim to start out with any of the STRENGTH-based exercises (60lbs single motion exercises) and then mix in some of the HYBRID movements (30lbs multiple motion exercises), A great system to implement would be an alternating STRENGTH and HYBRID style workout.
