0:05 The technician said the customer now leaves the dog food in the garage in a metal container. But this is something to take note of if you leave any food near your vehicle. Mice and rodents will definitely use your vehicle as a place to call home or store food, especially if it's close to the food source. The easiest way to explain it is when you have a restriction in your exhaust it prevents your engine from breathing properly and that's why the customer had a complaint of lack of power. The technician cleaned out the exhaust and re-installed it.
0:20 No extra info from tech. But when doing a brake job always double-check the bolts you removed. Also if it's your first time doing it, just replace 1 side at a time so you can use the other side as a reference. Also, it was done at another shop, not by the customer (this time).

1:06 Just in case you're wondering a prepaid maintenance plan is a maintenance plan you can purchase when buying a new vehicle. So when you purchase the vehicle that maintenance plan gets added to the loan. They will have a service schedule for you to follow and any service/maintenance needed will be covered by the plan. When I worked at Ford we actually had customers not come in for their maintenance plan services a lot of the time. Technician also said the first only change was done at 10000 kilometers/6200 miles, and that's it. The vehicle now has a total of 93000 kilometres/57787 miles.

1:24 Technician said there is water leaking into the fuse panel which was causing a bunch of weird electrical issues.
1:33 Somebody loading up the trailer full of tires saw this huge crack. The D.O.T. Inspection was done on 03/22/2022.
1:39 The technician was pretty surprised they didn't mention anything about the transmission or any leaks. Just wanted a general inspection to see what it needed.
1:52 Vehicle initially came in because the check engine light was flashing. Code P0300 came up for multiple cylinder misfire. The technician checked the oil and saw that it was milky then found out that the customer somehow managed to add washer fluid via the dipstick tube. The technician flushed the engine a couple of times and no damage was done.
2:04 The molded floor mat was laying on top of the gas pedal, and that's why it felt like it was going to go 100 miles per hour. The vehicle got towed in for this issue.
2:21 Rodents had fun with their engine air filter.
2:31 A bunch of water got into a taillight of a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The technician didn't mention anything.
