Radio Chassis from the 1930s

This radio chassis dates from the 1930s I’ve owned it from the 1980s when I was given it to play with. Unfortunately, only being interested in the electronics, I quickly ditched the nice wooden casing and kept the chassis and speaker. Every time I have connected it up it has surprised me by working, despite a long time sitting in an attic. Most equipment of this age requires a lot of reworks with modern components. Sometime this can detract from the originality. Not only have the passive components held out but it appears to be on it’s original set of Mullard valves (vacuum tubes) too. Interestingly this chassis seems to predate tag strip for soldering components to.
