▼ Ingredients (Serves: 2)
Pork belly 400 g
Salt 5 g
2 carrots
1 onion
1 piece of garlic
50ml white wine
100ml water
Bay leaf, Thyme (if you have)

▼ Directions
① Salt the pork belly and leave it for 30 minutes.

② Slice onions, crush garlic, peel the carrot.

③ Fry the fat of pork belly first, and bake the whole pork belly until browned. Then, move it to a plate.

④ Fry the sliced ​​onions and crushed garlic using oil from pork belly.
Fry it carefully until the onion gets a little brown.

⑤ Add white wine, water, carrots and herbs and return pork belly to the pot.

⑥ Lid and simmer for 2 hours while maintaining very light boiling.
If the fire is strong, the evaporation of water will be intense. In that case please add a small amount of water so that the liquid does not go away.
