2tbsp ketchup
1tbsp worcester sauce
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp oregano
50g breadcrumbs
Black pepper
1 bay leaf

SAUCE
1/4 onion
olive oil
100ml balsamic vinegar
100ml tomato purée
1½tbsp worcester sauce
salt to taste
