Before and After Complete House Flip With a Profit of $35,000

I bought this house in January for $192,000 from the MLS. We spent about $35,000 on the repairs and sold it for $286,000 in August. I go over all the other costs in the video which equated to a $35,000 profit. We replaced the roof, kitchen, baths, some drywall, painted everything and redid the flooring. I used my hourly employee to do most of the work which saved me a lot of money by using a contractor. I go over the repairs in the video as well.

This was a fairly easy flip compared to some of the other properties we have dealt with this year. I like buying ranches like this in town because we know what they will sell for and there is a large buyer pool for them.
