House Flip After the Remodel Purchased From the MLS on 7/16/2018

I bouhgt this house from the MLS for $245,000 back in July. The home was listed for $260,000. We spent about $25,000 on the repairs, and have about $20,000 in other costs. We will be listing it around $315,000. We redid the kitchen, baths, flooring, paint, and fixtures. The house is in Eaton Colorado which is a hot market and it should sell quickly.

I have 15 flips going right now and 5 more under contract to buy in the next 3 weeks. We have 4 under contract to sell in the next three weeks as well. It will be a busy end of the year!
