Before And After Of Incredible Mobile Home Renovation And Addition : E017 / BC Renovation Magazine

In this edition of BC Renovation Magazine we take a before and after look at one of our older projects. We bought this home as an abandoned bank foreclosure. The previous owner just up and left one day and stopped paying the lot rent and mortgage. The bank foreclosed and it became a court ordered sale.

There was a small addition on the home that we removed. We built a new addition and covered deck. The original unit was 840 sq. ft. We added 360 sq. ft. to bring the total floor space up to 1,200 sq. ft. plus the covered deck.

This video is a bit different format than what we usually do. This is a slideshow. It is said that a picture says a thousand words, so you won't hear me talking on this video. :-)
