Warmup
2-3 rounds 15reps each exercise
1. Front squats INTO Squats jumps
3set x 15reps each
2. B-Stance Hip Thrusts INTO (normal stance) Hip thrusts
3set x 12-15reps each
3. Feet elevated Split Squats
4set x 10-12reps each leg
4. Rumanian Deadlift INTO DB Pull through
3set x 10-12reps
5. Glute bridge INTO Frog pumps
3set x 15-20reps each

In this video, I show you a leg & glutes workout with dumbbells only. You need no other equipment. If you want to spice up some of the exercises I recommend using a resistance band of some kind.
