HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU TRAIN GLUTES? LIGHT VS HEAVY BOOTY WORKOUT

Both of the workouts shown in the video are listed down below:
3-6 times /week
- DB Frog thrusts 4set x 20reps
- Frog Reversed weighted hypers + BW 3set x 10reps/10reps BW
- DB Single leg hip thrusts 3set x 12-15reps /leg
- Back extensions 4set x 15reps
- Knee banded fire hydrant 3set x 20reps /side
2-3 times / week
- squats 3set x 10reps
- Sumo deadlift 3set x 10reps
- Lunges 3set x 20 steps total
- Bulgarian split squats 4set x 10reps /leg
- DB RD 3set x 10reps
In this video, I talk about the 3 different ways of muscle growth and also how many times a week you should train your booty. It's very individual how many times a week you can or should train but to sum it up briefly we can say that:
The short answer is 3 times a week, the long answer is 2-6 times a week mainly depending on two factors:
The first factor is your genetics: If you have good recovery genetics you can train very hard, recover fast, and workout soon again.
The second factor is depending on the exercises you perform: if you do only do like high rep glute bridge, hip thrust & back extension are exercises who do not stretch your muscles a lot, and therefore don't damage them as much. you can do those more frequently. However, if you do lunges, step-ups, squats, and so on, exercises who stretch your muscles a lot. They have a big systemic load on your body, these exercises beat you down a bit. With these exercises, you can train less, like 2 times a week.
