How to refill and reuse disposable 1 lb propane cylinders safely

Are you tired of spending tons of money on disposable propane cylinders? I was, so I looked into refilling the little 1 pound green cylinders and found out that there is actually an adapter made just for this purpose. I use the 1 lb cylinders for lots of different applications. For my Mr. Buddy Heater, propane lanterns, cookstove, etc. The best part is that you can easily refill them yourself from the larger and more economical 20 lb tanks. It is so much more convenient packing the small tanks instead of lugging around the much heavier and bigger 20 lb tanks
