[VEGAN RECIPE] HIRYUZU -Fluffy Deep-Fried Tofu Mixed Veggies- Japanese cooking

Hiryozu is fluffy deep-fried tofu mixed vegetables. It is eaten as main, side, and snack. The name is different between Western and Eastern Japan, and it is called Ganmodoki in Eastern regions including Tokyo.

Many people usually buy it but a homemade is more delicious! Especially, I want you to try freshly made. And, if you want to change the ingredients, you can use any vegetables you want. Try to make it!

◆ Ingredients for 2-3 servings:

350g firm tofu
8 green beans

2 Tbsp potato starch/corn starch (30g)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp mirin
1 tsp sake
1 cup of vegetable oil
Some soy sauce for dip

If you like it, please thumbs up!
