The Best PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE Recipe ~ Fail Proof Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe ~ Thanksgiving Desert

This is a fail proof PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE recipe and a must have for Fall and Thanksgiving! It’s provides that balance between pumpkin, warm spices and sweetness.

Ingredients Used

1 (9”) graham cracker pie crust
2 (8oz) blocks of cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup pure pumpkin purée (not the pie mix)
2 eggs @ room temp
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves

Place the pie dish in a larger baking dish with some water to provide a water bath, this keeps the cheesecake moist and crack-free! Bake @325 F for 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool down completely and refrigerator to set completely! Enjoy!
