Ingredients Used

3 lbs of lamb chops (BBQ cuts)
4-5 red onions
6-8 Potatoes

For Marinade :
Black pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
All spice seasoning
Hot chili powder *optional
Salt
Dijon mustard
Worcestershire sauce
Vinegar
Beef bullion

For the potato salad
6-8 potatoes
2 Tbsp salted butter
Steamed mix veggies
4 Hard boiled eggs
Diced Bell peppers
Mayo
Salt
Onion vinegarette (half red onion, vinegar, salt, black pepper, olive oil, garlic powder)
