How to Make Egg Sauce & Fried Plantains | sweet & savory breakfast

This is super easy and my go to breakfast whenever I find perfectly ripe plantains at the store. The eggs are moist and delicious. The fried plantains add a sweet taste to the meal. Give it a try!

Ingredients Used:
Eggs
Ripe Plantains
yellow onion
fresh diced tomatoes
salt/bullion to taste
cilantro (optional)
assorted bell peppers
oil for frying
