Gavril Ianc from Măguri tells an old family story about a thieve gang from the neighboring villages in Albac area, that was active during the Austro-Hungarian regime. He describes how this thieve gang robbed his grandfather during a cold winter night and how the villagers from Măguri took their revenge. There are also given some details regarding the violence in Țara Moților area.
