Streams of devastation hit the streets of Porto. Flooding in Portugal.

Heavy rains that were felt in Porto flooded several city streets. In Sao Bento, the subway station was completely flooded due to rain and had to be closed. There was a forced suspension of train traffic between Trindade and Jardim do Morro.

In the same area, Rua das Flores and Rua de Mouzinho da Silveira is a scene of devastation. The streets were flooded and filthy with rubbish. Also a couple of trees were broken. Streams of water dragged tables and chairs in the food court areas.

Crews are working to clear the tracks. Heavy rain is no longer expected.
