傳统芋头飯 | Yam Rice
#傳统芋头飯 #芋香加上香菇蝦米更香
食材:
1) 白米两杯
2) 芋头400g
3) 肉 180g
4)香菇 100g
5) 腊肠两条
6) 虾米100g
7) 蒜米一大块
9)两汤匙酱油
10)盐少许
11)黑酱油少许
12)一汤匙五香粉
步骤:
1) 把白米洗干净
2) 芋头切丁
3) 肉 切薄片
4) 虾米,,香菇洗净,浸泡然后切小块
5) 蒜米切碎
6) 把芋头炸香捞出,放一旁待用
7) 把多余的油捞出
8) 蒜头,虾米,肉片,香菇,腊肠依次序加入炒香
9) 加入酱油,盐, 黑酱油,浸泡虾米的水炒香
10)加入米,五香粉炒到均匀
11)加入芋头炒香
12) 慢慢加入一些水,煮滚
13) 把所有材料捞起,放入电饭锅
14) 再次加水盖过米,用电饭锅煮熟就大功告成了。

5) Chinese sausage x 2
6) Dried shrimp 100g
7) few cloves of garlic
9)2 soup spoon of light soy source
10)pinch of salt
11)a little bit of dark soy source
12)1 table spoon of 5 spice powder
Steps:
1) Clean 2 cups of rice
2) Dice the yam into cube
3) Slice the meat
4) Wash the dried shrimp, soak the dried shrimp for 30minutes, keep the soak water, mince the
dried shrimp
5) Mince the garlic
6) Fry the yam till fragranced, take out and put aside
7) Pour away excessive oils
8) Put in onion, dried shrimp, meat slice, mushroom and chinese sausage, fry till fragrance
9) Add in light soy source, salt, dark soy source, dried shrimp soak water
10)Add in rice, 5 spice powder, mix well
11)Add in yam.
12) Add in water, cook till it boil.
13) Transfer all ingredients into rice cooker.
14) Add more water until it cover the rice, cook with rice cooker and yam rice is ready
