免揉黑芝麻面包 |简单健康的面包 | black sesame bread

食材:
高筋麵粉250
鹽3G
黑芝麻18g
牛奶170g糖15g
酵母4g
玉米油20g
牛油50g

做法:
1: 牛奶加入糖,酵母玉米油攪拌勻待发酵
2: 高筋麵粉过篩
3: 加入盐,黑芝麻攪拌均勻
4: 倒入牛奶酥母攪拌均勻
5: 用手翻伴幾下
6: 搓圓放入碗里包上保鮮模
7: 放入冰箱冷藏各夜
8: 各天從冰箱取出,桌面撒少許粉
9: 按压排氣
10: 平均分割成八片
11: 取一片四边折在中間,
底部摄緊搓圓形
12: 放入烤盤,包上保鮮膜,放入沒开电烤箱,底部放一碗熱水
13: 攪拌軟化牛油
14: 裝入裱花袋备用
15: 一個小時后取出,用利刀從中間割一刀,擠入牛油
16: 先預熱烤箱
17: 放入烤箱180度烤30分鐘,依各人烤箱而定
18: 烤14分鐘后,蓋上錫紙在上面,以免烤糊
19: 30分鐘后,香噴噴的皮酥里軟黑芝麻面包出爐了
20: 出爐后,表面抹上牛油
21: 皮酥里軟黑芝麻面包

Ingredients:
250g bread flour
3G salt
18g black sesame
170g milk
15g sugar
4g yeast
20g corn oil
50g butter

做法:
1: Add sugar, yeast and corn oil into milk, stir it evenly and let it ferment
2: In another bowl, sift in bread flour
3: Add in salt, black sesame and stir evenly
4: Add in fermented milk and mix well
5: Use hand to fold it few times
6: Roll it into round shape, put it in the bowl, cover with wrapping paper
7: Leave it overnight in fridge
8: Take it out next day, put some flour on clean surface
9: Press and fold the dough to release excess air inside
10: Split the dough into 8 portion
11: Take 1 portion, slightly make it flat and fold 4 corner into middle then roll it to round shape
12: Put it on baking tray, cover with wrapping paper, put in the oven (without on the power) with a bowl of hot water at the bottom
13: Put melted butter into pastry bag
14: After 1 hour, take out the bread dough from over, slice the middle, put in the melted butter
15: Bake the dough in preheat oven for 180c, 14 minutes.
16: Open the oven, cover a layer of foil on top of the bread to avoid overbake
17: Continue to bake for another 16 minutes
18: Apply a layer of butter on top once take out from oven and it's done.
