腌制辣椒醋 | 吃云吞面时是人人的最爱 | Pickled Chilies | Best matched with homemade wan tan noodle
材料:
小青辣椒100g
大青辣椒8条
白醋腌过辣椒
糖4汤匙
盐半茶匙
做法:
1: 把全部大小青椒冼干净
2: 清洗了沥干水份
3: 晾干,可用纸巾抹干
4: 採去辣椒头
5: 这时候不可粘到水,把全部辣椒切块
切
6: 沥掉种子,倒入碗里
7: 加入糖和盐搅拌均匀
8: 裝入消毒的罐里,不可有水份哦
9: 加入白醋腌过辣椒
10: 腌制各天12小时,就可以食用了
11: 吃云吞面时配上是人人的最爱

100g Green bird eye chilies
8 Green Chilies
White Vinegar
4 spoons of white sugar
½ teaspoon of salt
Recipe:
1: Clean the chilies, dry up
2: Remove the pedicel
3: Cut chilies into pieces
4: Remove the seeds
5: Mix well with sugar and salt
6: Put into cleaned glass bottle
7: Add in white vinegar until it covers the chilies
8: Leave it for 12 hours and it's ready.
