1998 Dodge Stratus

The Dodge Stratus made Car and Driver Magazine's Top Ten list in 1996 and 1997. Although some reviews claim that over time the #Dodge Stratus didn't maintain that excellence, according to Cars.com and Edmunds.com the 1998 Dodge Stratus received four out of five stars.
