ingredients:

350g of any tea biscuits you prefer.
~ 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut (40g).
~ 1 cup of mascarpone cheese (250g).
~ 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar (8g).
1/4 cup of sugar (50g).
~3 and 1/4 cup of whipping cream 38% fat (750ml).
coconut-almond truffles , or chopped almonds for the filling.

White chocolate ganache :
60g of white chocolate.
2 tablespoons of whipping cream (30ml).

Strawberries, desiccated coconut and coconut-almond truffles for garnish.
