2/3 cup of dates (150g)
1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds (60g)
3/4 cup of roasted peanuts (100g)
1/4 cup of desiccated coconut (20g)
20g of dried apricots(about 4-5)
1 tbsp of honey (20g)
a pinch of salt
1 tsp of liquid vanilla
1/2 cup of sesame seeds (80 g)- you can use desiccated coconut, or cocoa powder , oats, flaxseed ... for garnish.
