~ 2 teaspoons of sugar (8g).
1/2 cup of warm water (120ml).
~ 1and 1/2 cup of bread flour (200g) - can be substituted with all purpose flour.
1/2 teaspoon of salt (3g).
1 and 1/4 tablespoon of olive oil (15ml).

garlic sauce :
1 and 1/2 tablespoon of butter (20g).
~2 and 1/4 tablespoons of cream cheese (30g).
3 cloves of garlic (8-10g).

Mozzarella cheese (as desired).
some oregano or thyme.(optional).
