Vermicelli soup (Persian Vermishel soup with chicken necks) recipe

📌ingredients:
- 1 cup of vermicelli
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 potatoes
- 250g chicken necks
- 1 tbsp salt/paprika/black pepper/turmeric
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- water
- vegetable oil
- 5 tbsp fresh lime juice

📌preparation:
- peel and chop the carrots and potatoes.
- peel and chop the onion
- fry the onion till translucent.
- ad all the spices to that and fry 2 mins.
- add the tomato paste and keep frying for 2 mins.
- add the chicken necks and fry them for 5 mins.
- add the chopped carrots and potatoes and fry them all together for 5 mins.
- add 3 cups of water.
- add 5 tbsp fresh lime juice.
- cook that on low heat for 2 hours.
- after 2 hours, add the vermicelli to the sou and keep cooking for 30 mins.
- that's it!
