hello! happy friday to u.
how do we feel about vlog fridays? i'm too all over the place at the moment to commit to a posting schedule, but...a girl can dream. maybe next year, once i've figured out if i could realistically create a routine out of vlogging and posting. i remember, freshman year of RISD, i typically posted my videos on friday evenings. after getting out of class at 6pm, i'd hit the cafeteria, bring takeout food to my desk and put together the vlog (which would take 3-5 hours max).
i kind of miss that raw, more direct way of staying updated with u and vlogging more like blogging/diaries instead of infrequent videos that are huge productions with intense editing. i think i prefer a healthy mix of it, so that it can stay exciting for me and not burn me out, nor bore me out.

i'm kindaaa thinking about trying out daily vlogs for december daily this year?? like actually?! it sounds kind of daunting, but... it also sounds fun. i could see it being briefer and simply edited (maybe 10 min max). i'll think more about it this month. It's only the beginning of october, but i'm already mentally planning for december and 2023 OMG...

what have you been up to lately? what are 2 of your favorite things- it can be anything down to a conversation, food, weather, song, color... please share, i love to read them. for me... off the top of my head: (1) i've been loving the chili oil that Linda and I made together last video. (she forgot the jar at my place, and i'm seeing her next week) i am not kidding when i tell you i've been using it at least once a day in my cooking cus the flavor is sooo GOOD.
(2) i've been watching the Office at night while snacking on something. it feels like a comfy fun way to chill out- usually prairie is next to me- and I just love how good the show is. I'm taking an intentional break from consuming very intense/triggering shows and TV (has been helpful for my mental health!)
