My Top Ten Foods to Eat During a HEATWAVE

I hate hot weather! Let's make the most of it with some yummy cold food that's easy to make and still healthy.

I got the idea for this video back at the end of June when the Pacific Northwest had an unprecedented heatwave with highs over 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Normal summer highs where I live are low-mid 70's, so not many people have air conditioners and homes aren't built for keeping cool air in, so it was really hard…a lot of people even died. Climate change is real!
